18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18–40 years, ASA physical status I–II, gestational age >=37 weeks, scheduled for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) for cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, difficulty in obtaining perfusion index signal, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, morbid obesity (BMI >= 40 kg/m²), history of anxiety, inability to maintain blood pressure in the supine position.
