Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prospective inclusion of patients diagnosed with AD and scheduled for surgical treatment in our department from November 2024 to July 2025. 2. Age >= 18 years old. 3. Had undergone aortic CTA and ¹8F-FDG and ¹8F-FAPI PET/CT imaging within 3 months prior to the surgery. 4. Can cooperate with the subsequent follow-up work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perioperative death 2.Traumatic dissection 3.Dissection caused by genetic connective tissue diseases such as Marfan syndrome 4. Poor image quality
