65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. over 65 years old; 2. Meet the following criteria: a. self-care or basic self-care; b. Basically normal cognitive function; 3. agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (including myocardial infarction, angina, and stroke) occurred in the past 3 months Middle and arterial revascularization); 2. patients with heart failure and lower cardiac function than class II; 3. patients with malignant tumors; 4. inability to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 5. participating in other clinical trials; 6. patients who could not tolerate the study drug or used the intervention drug within 3 months; 7. Participants who were considered not to be included by the investigators.
