Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II or III. 2. Patients scheduled for hip replacement surgery due to a femoral neck fracture. 3. Over 65 years old. 4. No mental illness and able to cooperate with the survey. 5. Assessed using the FRAIL frailty scale, with a score of 3 or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are communication barriers. 2. Experimental drug contraindications or allergies. 3. History of drug abuse. 4. Abnormal blood clotting.
