Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.History of costal cartilage rhinoplasty; 2.Patients requiring revision surgery due to one or more postoperative adverse reactions: graft deformation, displacement, nasal tip projection, scar contracture, or unsatisfactory appearance; 3.Completion of preoperative and postoperative photographic documentation and satisfaction evaluation; 4.Age between 18 and 65 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Reconstructive surgery caused by congenital deformities (e.g., cleft lip and palate), trauma, burns, or tumors; 2.Uncontrolled acute postoperative infection;
