Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients diagnosed with gynecological malignant tumors; 2. With a Khorana score of 1; 3. Discharged with PICC or infusion port; 4. Age >=18 years; 5. Complete medical records, with full follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of previous venous thromboembolism; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C or creatinine clearance <30 mL/min); 3. Expected survival period of <3 months; 4. Incomplete medical records or lost to follow-up; 5. Concurrent use of other anticoagulant drugs.
