Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson’s Disease in China (2016 Edition); 2. Disease stage was Hoehn-Yahr stage I–III; 3. Aged >=18 years, with stable contact information available for follow-up; 4. Normal cognitive function and ability to communicate effectively; 5. Able to walk independently without any assistive devices and follow motor commands; 6. Provided informed consent and participated in this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe systemic diseases such as heart, lung or kidney diseases, or acute exacerbations of chronic diseases, which constitute contraindications to exercise; 2. Those with a history of mental illness; 3. Subjects with severe hearing or visual impairment, or those unable to cooperate due to cognitive, audiovisual or psychiatric disorders.
