Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery; 3. ASA physical status classification grade ?-?; 4. Voluntary participation in this study with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe preoperative dysfunction of vital organs such as heart, liver and kidney; 2. Those with preoperative hemodynamic instability, shock or requiring vasoactive drugs to maintain blood pressure; 3. Patients with peripheral vascular diseases or severe arrhythmias interfering with CrCP measurement; 4. Individuals with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction unable to cooperate with the study; 5. Other conditions deemed ineligible by the researchers.
