Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis. 2. Postmenopausal women, menopause time >=1 year, and osteoporosis occurs after menopause. 3. Age range: 52-69 years old; 4. Written informed consent signed by family members or self.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with various endocrine diseases that cause secondary osteoporosis. 2. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other systems interfering with bone metabolism. 3. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other systems interfering with bone metabolism. 4. Patients who have received other relevant treatments which may affect the effect indicators of this study. 5. Patients who did not receive the therapy of polarized infrared light. 6. Creatinine clearance rate < 35ml / min.
