Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. Passes the TMS safety screening test; 3. 18 years or older; 4. Passes the short version of the International Neuropsychiatric Interview; 5. Provides informed written consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Any contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation; 2.Those who refuse to participate in the experiment; 3.There is a history of previous neurological or mental system diseases; 4.There are severe consciousness disorders and cognitive dysfunction, and they are unable to follow the treatment. 5.Extreme spasm of one side of the upper limb (modified Ashworth score >3) or severe pain that hinders the movement of the upper limb; 6.Other obvious injuries to the upper limbs that were not affected by the stroke; 7.Obviously unable to speak or having difficulty understanding the instructions of the investigator; 8.Patients with severe organic heart diseases, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation, and those with untreated or drug-uncontrolled hypertension
