Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with COPD by a clinician (based on GOLD criteria) and in a stable phase (no acute exacerbation within the past 4 weeks); 2.Able to walk independently or with the assistance of family members (excluding those who have been bedridden for a long time); 3.Have a clear mind, possess basic communication and comprehension abilities, and be capable of completing questionnaires and interviews; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiencies, or other diseases that seriously affect physical activity (such as advanced cancer, severe arthritis); 2.Individuals with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness who are unable to cooperate with the research; 3.The estimated survival period is less than 6 months;
