Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetic optic neuropathy; 2. Disease course not exceeding 1 month; 3. Aged 18–80 years, with no restriction on gender; elderly patients to be assessed by the investigator; 4. Visual acuity >= 0.05.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other severe ocular diseases affecting visual function, such as glaucoma, corneal inflammation and opacity, uveitis, significant lens opacity, arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, macular hole, retinal detachment, retinitis pigmentosa, etc.; 2. Patients with hemorrhagic disorders or acute cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Patients with severe cardiac disease, severe arrhythmia, or heart failure; 4. Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 5. Patients with allergic constitution, known allergy to two or more drugs or foods, or known allergy to any component of this medication; 6. Patients who are currently pregnant, planning pregnancy, or lactating; 7. Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
