Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time unilateral or bilateral temporomandibular joint disc repositioning surgery; 2. Fourteen days after suture removal, the mouth opening measured by the operating doctor was <35 mm, and the mandibular lateral movement was <5 mm; 3.Having normal communication skills and self-care abilities, and being proficient in using smartphones; 4. Patients under 18 years old must be accompanied by one guardian, who was willing to participate in and cooperate with the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having or having had a history of mental illness; 2. Complicating with other severe systemic diseases; 3. Incomplete or unreliable patient data records.
