Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cohort A: Patients with Diagnosed Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysm (UIA) 1. Aged 18 years or older. 2. Diagnosed with intracranial aneurysm by computed tomography angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), or digital subtraction angiography (DSA). 3. Permanent residents of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province and surrounding areas, with at least one diagnosed but surgically untreated intracranial aneurysm. 4. Able to understand the study, complete follow-up, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Cohort B: Screening Cohort for Individuals at High Risk of UIA 1. Aged 18 years or older. 2. First-degree relatives (including parents, children, and full siblings) of patients with intracranial aneurysm (IA) who are permanent residents of Changzhou, Jiangsu 3.Province and surrounding areas, and able to provide relevant diagnostic and clinical data of the family member with IA. 3. Voluntarily participates in IA screening and subsequent follow-up. 4. Able to understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Applicable to All Cohorts (Cohort A and Cohort B) 1. Subjects with contraindications to MRA (e.g., incompatible pacemaker, claustrophobia, etc.) who cannot undergo alternative imaging examinations such as CTA or DSA. 2. Subjects with severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with study procedures or provide reliable information. 3. Subjects with any end-stage disease with a life expectancy of less than 2 years (e.g., advanced malignant tumor, end-stage heart failure, etc.). 4. Subjects with concomitant vital organ dysfunction, severe infectious diseases, hematological diseases, coagulation disorders, autoimmune diseases, or malignant tumors; or subjects with uncontrolled acute infection. 5. Subjects who have previously undergone intracranial vascular surgery or radiotherapy for other intracranial diseases (e.g., arteriovenous malformation, moyamoya disease) and are assessed to potentially significantly interfere with the evaluation of the natural history of intracranial aneurysms. 6. Pregnant or lactating women. 7. Any other medical or psychosocial conditions deemed inappropriate for study participation by the investigator. Additional Exclusion Criteria for Cohort A (Diagnosed Cohort) 8. The intracranial aneurysm is a traumatic aneurysm, false aneurysm, or infectious aneurysm. Additional Exclusion Criteria for Cohort B (Screening Cohort) 9. Subjects with a known history of intracranial aneurysm (including history of traumatic aneurysm, false aneurysm, dissecting aneurysm, or infectious aneurysm) prior to enrollment.
