Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute ischemic stroke, regardless of gender; 2.Age is 18 years old and above; 3.The time from onset to treatment was within 4.5 to 24 hours (the onset time refers to the last time when the person appeared normal); 4.Patients with acute ischemic stroke, regardless of gender;
