Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Holding the Nurse Practice Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China; 2.With >=1 year of clinical nursing experience; 3.Clear consciousness and ability to independently complete the questionnaire survey; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-clinical nursing positions (administration, teaching, logistics, etc.); 2.Advanced Nurse, Intern Nurse; 3.Recently on leave for >=1 month due to personal reasons; 4.Concomitant severe mental disorders or somatic diseases;
