18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2. Age 18-75 years, any gender; 3. First onset, unilateral hemiplegia, disease course 2 weeks to 6 months; 4. Presence of walking dysfunction, Functional Ambulation Category (FAC) >= 2; 5. No significant limitations in passive movement of hip, knee, and ankle joints of the lower limbs; 6. Good cognitive function, willing to participate in this study, actively engage in training and evaluation; 7. Agree to sign the informed consent form for the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There exists severe osteoporosis or a fracture; 2.Open wounds or skin lesions on the lower extremities; 3.There are cognitive, aphasia or hearing impairments; 4.Suffering from serious diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys and other systems;
