60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmation of disease: Patients with pathologically confirmed gastric cancer who meet the criteria for neoadjuvant therapy. 2. Aged >=60 years, male or female. 3. Basic literacy level. 4. No previous history of other malignant tumors. 5. No severe comorbidities: No severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction. 6. Complete postoperative pathological staging available. 7. Complete medical records: Including preoperative evaluation, operation records, postoperative care, and follow-up information. 8. Postoperative follow-up and survival: Patients with at least 6 months of complete postoperative follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of dementia (e.g., definite Alzheimer’s disease or other progressive neurodegenerative diseases). 2. Severe psychiatric disorders. 3. Prior cranial radiotherapy / significant brain lesions. 4. Contraindications to brain MRI. 5. Severe hearing or visual impairment that would interfere with the completion of questionnaires and scales. 6. Use of substances active in the central nervous system (CNS) and known to affect cognition within 3 weeks prior to testing (e.g., anesthetics, antiemetics, or steroids).
