Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–45 years; 2. Undergoing cesarean section with intraoperative blood loss > 1000 mL; 3. Complete documentation of intraoperative blood loss; availability of intraoperative arterial blood gas analysis; traceable results of preoperative and postoperative routine coagulation tests (PT, APTT, INR, TT) and complete blood count (CBC); 4. IOCS group: Intraoperative use of autologous cell salvage (ACS) with the salvaged blood reinfused through a leukocyte depletion filter (LDF); 5. Conventional group: Patients with the same degree of blood loss during the same period but without the use of ACS.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent concurrent surgery on other organs during the procedure that may affect the assessment of blood loss; 2. Patients who were transferred to our hospital for emergency cesarean section after examination at another hospital, with missing preoperative laboratory data in our hospital; 3. Patients in whom ACS + LDF was used during surgery but reinfusion was not performed due to equipment malfunction.
