Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for parents: 1. One parent who is primarily responsible for the child's care during home rehabilitation (daily care time >= 6 hours [22]); 2. Having an education level of primary school or above, able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire; 3. Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study. Inclusion criteria for children: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for phimosis and foreskin overlength in children as specified in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Phimosis, Foreskin Overlength, and Foreskin-Related Diseases" [28]; 2. Scheduled to undergo circumcision for treatment; 3. Agree to and able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire; 4. Aged 6–14 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents: caregivers with mental illness or current antipsychotic medication; traumatic events such as severe accidents and sudden death of relatives in the past 3 months. 2. Children: complicated with other serious diseases, such as serious heart disease, malignant tumors, etc.; the child had a severe genetic disease.
