Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients and inpatients with nephrotic syndrome in the Department of Pediatric Nephrology, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; 2. Patients under the age of 18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with secondary nephrotic syndromes such as hepatitis B-related nephritis; 2. Other glomerular diseases with a clear cause (acute post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis); 3. Children with congenital nephrotic syndrome.
