Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Caregivers: 1.Aged >= 18 years ·Serves as the primary family caregiver (providing >= 4 hours of care per day); 2.Possesses basic literacy (in Chinese or Tibetan) to complete questionnaires and training; 3.Free from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (MMSE score >= 24); Patient: A local patient in Qinghai undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the first time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children (age < 18 years); 2.The patient has an estimated life expectancy of < 3 months as assessed by a specialist physician; 3.The family caregiver has a severe chronic illness (e.g., cardiac function Class III or above) that impairs their ability to provide care. 4.The caregiver has previously received systematic nursing training (to avoid outcome bias).
