Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI >= 28; 2. Male waist circumference >= 90 cm, female waist circumference >= 85 cm; 3. Age: 18 to 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2; exclude those with a history of pancreatitis. 2. Subjects with severe hepatic impairment or severe renal impairment (eGFR 5 times per week, averaging > 100 mL of liquor, > 250 mL of rice wine, or > 5 bottles of beer per occasion). 6. Those who have used antibiotics for 3 consecutive days or longer within the past 3 months. 7. Individuals with physical disabilities, severe mental disorders, or other conditions leading to inability to care for themselves, or inability to recall clearly and answer questions. 8. Those who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery (including bariatric surgery). 9. Those who cannot guarantee sufficient time to participate in this study.
