18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for LDH according to the fourth edition of Practical Orthopedics; 2. Aged 18–80 years; 3. Have chronic pain (pain lasting more than 3 months); 4. Able to use a smart wristband and WeChat after instruction; 5. Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of bone or joint-related diseases such as lumbar tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, spinal cord tumor, lumbar instability, or trauma; 2. Have other serious comorbidities and/or communication difficulties; asymptomatic individuals; 3. Patients with mental disorders; 4. Measured by the pain-related activity pattern scale; 5. Those who have an adaptive activity pattern; 6. Currently participating in other research projects.
