Interventions

Trial group:Sandplay therapy intervention (once weekly, 45-60 minutes per session, total course of 8-12 sessions)
Control group:Routine nursing care protocol (no sandplay therapy intervention)

7 Years to 20 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bone and soft tissue tumors diagnosed by pathology, aged >=7 years but <20 years; 2. No severe pain, normal cognitive function, and able to understand the instructions for sand table operation; 3. The ECOG score is 0-2 points, and the patient can tolerate a single treatment lasting 40-60 minutes; 4. Has not received sandplay therapy before and agrees to be randomly grouped.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychiatric and neurological disorders, severe cognitive impairment; 2. Rejection of this treatment technique by family members or the patient; 3. Recent receipt of other structured psychological therapies (e.g., CBT, mindfulness-based therapy); 4. The patient is in a critical stage of illness, or in the period of bone marrow suppression, or has serious complications.
