Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Meet the indications for catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation; 3. Provide written informed consent, agreeing to undergo PFA procedure and perioperative blood sample collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 4-5 (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m²) or dependence on dialysis; 2. History of hemolytic anemia (e.g., thalassemia, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, etc.); 3. Baseline haptoglobin level below the lower limit of normal prior to the procedure; 4. Hemoglobin less than 80 g/L and History of blood transfusion or major bleeding within the past 3 months; 5. Concomitant severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh class C).
