Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Provision of written informed consent on a voluntary basis; 2. Female patients aged 18 years or older; 3. Mammographic findings demonstrating nonpalpable breast microcalcifications classified as BI-RADS category 4 or category 0, for which surgical excision is considered necessary by the treating breast surgeon to establish a definitive pathological diagnosis; 4. Clearly defined imaging boundaries suitable for preoperative localization measurement using the MaGPL technique.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diffuse microcalcifications involving multiple breast quadrants, making accurate body-surface localization infeasible; 2. Prior breast surgery or radiotherapy resulting in significant tissue scarring or breast deformity that could compromise localization accuracy; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Severe systemic comorbidities rendering the patient unsuitable for surgery; 5. Any condition deemed by the investigator to make the patient unsuitable for study participation.
