Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older adult patients; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke and confirmed by imaging examination (head CT or MRI); 3. Receive rhTNK-tPA intravenous thrombolytic therapy in this institution; 4. Informed consent obtained and written consent signed by the patient or legal guardian; 5. Able to cooperate for follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have already received reperfusion therapy outside the hospital (such as patients who have received intravenous thrombolysis before admission); 2. Patients participating in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study.
