Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) Inclusion Criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed HGSOC; 2. Newly diagnosed patients who have not received any preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. Voluntarily participating in this study, with patients signing informed consent forms. Control Group Inclusion Criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hysterectomy or salpingectomy for benign gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids or adenomyosis; 2. Normal fimbrial tissue of the fallopian tube confirmed by pathological examination to have no malignant lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Acute or chronic infectious diseases; 3. Autoimmune diseases; 4. Having a major surgical history or severe trauma history in the past 6 months; 5. Having cognitive impairments or mental disorders, and being unable to cooperate with the research process.
