Experimental group:Fasting for 8 hours before surgery and drinking clear carbohydrate beverage (5ml/kg) 2 hours before surgery
Control group:Eating and drinking began at 10 p.m. the day before routine surgery

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 years old; 2. Proposed elective gynecologic general anesthesia surgery; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 2. Cognitive impairment or inability to cooperate with the study; 3. History of allergy to anesthetic drugs.
