Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Since August 1, 2024, the patient has been admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University for cardiac MRI. 1.All patients had detailed medical history, clinical manifestations and electrocardiogram data; 2.Cardiac MRI, cardiac color ultrasound and other examinations were performed; 3.Age >=18 years, < 90 years; 4.Signing informed consent, be able to complete the routine examination of the hospital, and keep a scientific research blood sample to obtain effective data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to cooperate with the collection of information, or have no willingness to follow up; 2.Claustrophobia; 3. Allergy to magnetic resonance contrast agents; 4. Cardiac pacemaker; 5.Severe renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular rate filtering 3 times normal); 7. Have received any major organ transplant; 8. Pregnancy or lactation; 9. Suffering from mental illness; 10.Presence of any infectious or systemic disease.
