Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged >= 60 years, meeting the definition of "elderly" in China and applicable to the population of the "China Healthy Elderly Standards", with no gender restriction. 2. Participants in the exposure group's community possess the ability to use smart devices (including but not limited to smartphones, wearable devices, etc.). 3. Clear consciousness, without severe cognitive impairment or mental health issues, capable of normal verbal communication, and able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire survey. 4. Voluntary participation in this study, signing the informed consent form, and agreeing to undergo regular fasting venous blood sampling and body measurements. 5. Participants must have a stable residential address within the study area and plan not to relocate within the next 1-2 years to facilitate regular follow-up and data collection by the research team.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with severe diseases (e.g., end-stage renal disease, severe heart disease, liver failure, malignant tumors, etc.), or those who have experienced serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events such as acute myocardial infarction (AMI) or stroke within the past 3-6 months. 2. Participants in the exposed community group had severe visual impairments, rendering them unable to use smart devices or participate in the study process.
