Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meet the Sepsis-3.0 diagnostic criteria; 3. Informed consent obtained from the patient or their legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic kidney disease, post-renal transplantation, known renovascular disease, or urinary tract obstruction; 2. Use of VA-ECMO or high-dose vasoactive agents (norepinephrine > 1 µg/kg/min) at the time of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and TGFR measurement; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Allergy to ultrasound contrast agents; 5. Poor ultrasound image quality that cannot be analyzed.
