Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 0 to 14 years old 2. Pediatric patients requiring examination or treatment under general anesthesia in the interventional operating room 3. Body temperature kept within the normal range during one week before surgery 4. No acute onset of infectious diseases, and no infection-related symptoms such as fever, cough and runny nose 5. The parents or legal guardians of the pediatric participants are fully informed of the research content and have signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with preoperative hyperthermia (> 37.2°C) or hypothermia (< 36.0°C); 2. Children who require intraoperative use of special equipment or drugs known to significantly affect body temperature, and whose treatment regimen cannot be modified; 3. Children with uncontrolled endocrine disorders that affect thermoregulation (e.g., thyroid dysfunction); 4. Children with known allergy to thermal insulation materials; 5. Children currently participating in another clinical research study; 6. Children whose parents or legal guardians refuse to sign the informed consent form after receiving full study information.
