Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: Aged 18 years or above; currently employed; voluntary participation in this study. Part II: Aged 18 years or above; currently employed; voluntary participation in this study, willing to accept random group assignment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Self-reported severe physical or psychiatric illness.
