Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Arthroscopic bipolar iliac bone grafting procedure; 2. Follow-up for at least one year, with available CT or MRI data; 3. Acetabular defect: 15%–25%; 4. Accompanied by Hill-Sachs osteochondral defect exceeding 25%; 5. Age: 16 to 50 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical records and medical case notes are incomplete or have been lost. 2. History of shoulder joint instability surgery; 3. Postoperative follow-up data for the patient is incomplete or unavailable. 4. Active neuromuscular disorders, such as active epilepsy.
