Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 2. Patients are alert, compliant, and able to communicate effectively; 3. Patients are aged >=18 and =90 cm in males or >=85 cm in females, or BMI >=24 kg/m^2; 5. Stable weight: weight gain or loss <3 kg within the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart disease, lung disease, or impaired liver/kidney function; 2. Use of any hormonal agents or lipid-lowering drugs; 3. Patients with malignant arrhythmias, unstable angina, or poorly controlled hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure >=180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=100 mmHg); 4. Severe anemia, pregnancy, lactation, or menopausal status; 5. History of nicotine dependence (>=10 cigarettes/day), alcohol abuse (>=5 bottles of beer per drinking episode), or drug abuse; 6. Use of anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressants, or weight-loss medications within the past 3 months; 7. History of infection or surgery within the past 3 months; 8. Current or previous history of malignant disease.
