Interventions
intervention group:Participants in the intervention group will receive a psychosocial intervention based on the Thinking Healthy Extended Program (THEP).
Control group:The control group will receive usual care, defined as routine services provided under the existing public health system.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Mothers of infants aged between 0 month and 12 months; 2.Mothers residing long-term in or near the study area (Shanghai household registration not required); 3.Mothers with no plans to move out of the study area within the next 12 months; 4.Mothers who meet the eligibility criteria based on depression screening, indicating mild to moderate depressive symptoms;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Infants or mothers with severe congenital conditions, infectious diseases, inherited metabolic disorders, or other significant disabilities;
