Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing to sign the informed consent form and fill out the medical history questionnaire; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years, gender is not limited; 3. Smoking history of 2 to 10 years with fewer than 10 cigarettes smoked daily, accompanied by oral problems including halitosis, swollen gums, mild bleeding and gingivitis; 4. Conscious and able to complete mouth rinsing movements; 5. At least 20 evaluable natural teeth shall remain in the oral cavity (excluding third molars); 6.Voluntarily participate in this trial, attend trial re-examinations on schedule and complete all trial procedures; 7. Agree to stop using any other oral care products (such as mouthwash, dental floss or special functional toothpaste of other brands) during the trial and strictly abide by the intervention protocol of the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding; 2. People with chronic diseases including diabetes, transplants, AIDS, heart disease, and infectious diseases; 3. Have used antibiotics within the past 3 months or regularly used chlorhexidine mouthwash; 4. Persons with visible oral ulcers, mucosal damage, severe periodontal disease, fixed orthodontic brackets or removable dentures; 5. Suffering from severe or uncontrolled systemic chronic diseases (including but not limited to diabetes, transplant-related conditions, AIDS, heart disease and infectious diseases); 6. Individuals who have participated in clinical trials, undergone medical or dental surgery, or are receiving ongoing medical or dental treatment within the past month.
