50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 50 years or older, with complete clinical records and a confirmed diagnosis of diabetes and early knee osteoarthritis; 2.No previous history of knee surgery; 3.Provided written informed consent and demonstrated the ability to complete all imaging protocols and clinical scoring scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute infectious state or hematological diseases, such as severe anemia or blood clotting disorders; 2.Significant liver or kidney impairment, or acute metabolic complications (such as diabetic ketoacidosis); 3.Tumor-related conditions or malignancies, such as multiple myeloma or thyroid carcinoma; 4.Other systemic or localized conditions involving the joints, including rheumatoid arthritis and septic osteoarthritis.
