Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Onset within 24 hours; 3. Acute ischemic stroke; 4. Received intravenous thrombolysis in the emergency department and was hospitalized.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bridging thrombectomy; 2. In-hospital stroke; 3. Conditions unsuitable for management in a general ward, such as impaired consciousness, unstable vital signs, or endotracheal intubation; 4. Failure to complete the planned 90-day follow-up; 5. Current participation in another clinical trial.
