Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 50 years or older; 2.Functionally independent in daily living; 3.Capable of basic verbal communication, with a minimum educational level of primary school, and able to complete cognitive assessments and subsequent cranial MRI scans; 4.Voluntary participation with written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of metallic implants, cardiac pacemakers, and/or claustrophobia; 2.Severe underlying diseases, including significant cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases and advanced malignant tumors; 3.Psychiatric or neurological disorders that preclude adequate cooperation with the study protocol:; 4.Any other condition deemed by the investigators as unsuitable for participation.
