Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the control group: Patients undergoing CABG surgery under CPB in the Department of Cardiac Surgery, First Hospital of Jilin University. (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) CABG surgery is performed via median incision under CPB; (3) Informed consent and willingness to cooperate with physical fitness tests and training. 2. Inclusion criteria for the intervention group: Patients undergoing CABG surgery under CPB in the Department of Cardiac Surgery, First Hospital of Jilin University. (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) CABG surgery is performed via median incision under CPB; (3) Informed consent and willingness to cooperate with physical fitness tests and training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined valvular disease surgery; 2. Patients with COPD before surgery or patients with PPCS before surgery; 3. Patients with limited limb mobility or cognitive impairment who cannot understand the questionnaire; 4. Patients with hemodynamic instability, who may require emergency intervention at any time;
