Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Visited Sun Yat-sen University Fifth Affiliated Hospital from 2017 to 2022; 3. Had pulmonary nodules; 4. Underwent surgical treatment and the pathological diagnosis was atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH), adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS), minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA), and invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC) of the pulmonary nodules; 5. Had at least one CT examination before the surgery; 6. Did not receive neoadjuvant therapy before the surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative CT images were missing; 2. Preoperative CT images with slice thickness exceeding 1.25mm; 3. Baseline CT showed solid nodules and part-solid nodules.
