Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Identity Requirement: A Year 2021 entry, five-year clinical medicine undergraduate clerk from Sun Yat-sen University School of Medicine. 2. Rotation Requirement: Entering the pediatric clinical rotation phase for the first time (with no prior pediatric clerkship experience). 3. Competency Requirement: Completion of a baseline knowledge test (score = 15/30) and the Chinese version of the Big Five Inventory (BFI-44). 4. Informed Consent: Voluntary submission of an electronically signed informed consent form, with commitment to full participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior Experience: Participation in pediatric clinical clerkships or similar educational research projects in the past. 2. Data Completeness: Missing more than 20% of data in baseline tests or personality assessments. 3. Confounding Factors: Involvement in other clinical trials or training programs during the study period that may impact teaching effectiveness.
