Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects voluntarily join the study and sign an informed consent form. 2. Subjects are aged 18-65 years, of any gender. 3. Group-Specific Inclusion Criteria: (1) UC Group: Meets the diagnostic criteria for UC in the "Consensus Opinion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease"; Mayo score <= 5, in clinical remission or mild activity; no changes in dietary habits in the 3 months prior to enrollment. (2) Healthy Subject Group: Individuals undergoing health check-ups at our hospital with normal values for all indicators; no history of probiotic or antibiotic use within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; no history of digestive or mental disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion Criteria by Group: (1) UC Group: Comorbid Crohn's disease, intestinal tuberculosis, colorectal cancer, or other organic intestinal diseases; currently taking antidepressants/anti-anxiety medications or diagnosed with primary mental illness; comorbid severe heart, liver, or kidney insufficiency or other autoimmune diseases; pregnant or lactating women. (2) Healthy Subject Group: History of digestive tract diseases such as IBD or IBS; history of anxiety, depression, or significant stressful events in the past month; history of metabolic diseases or tumors; recent unhealthy lifestyle habits such as alcohol consumption or smoking.
