Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65–69 years. 2. Classified as low fall risk by the Morse Fall Scale. 3. No contraindications to exercise according to the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, with normal cognition and ability to follow simple exercise instructions. 4. Willing to participate and able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe diseases unsuitable for exercise, including serious heart disease, stroke, severe osteoarthritis, or uncontrolled hypertension. 2. Severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders preventing completion of assessment or intervention. 3. History of serious fall-related injury such as fracture within 6 months before baseline assessment.
