Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing interns arranged by the Nursing Department to rotate in the dermatology department (from Chengdu Medical College or partner institutions), aged >=18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Actual rotation duration in dermatology >=4 weeks; 3. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent; 4. Completion of Fundamentals of Nursing, Surgical Nursing, and Dermatology Nursing courses; 5. Ability to fully participate in the OSCE assessment and pre/post evaluations; 6. No severe visual impairment affecting lesion image recognition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Rotation duration in dermatology <4 weeks, or inability to complete the OSCE assessment and data collection due to leave, termination, or rotation adjustment; 2. Participation in similar digital OSCE assessments or teaching reform research in other departments/hospitals within the past 3 months (to avoid contamination); 3. Cognitive impairment or severe visual dysfunction preventing image recognition and assessment completion; 4. Refusal to sign informed consent by the participant or guardian.
