Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing single-chamber/dual-chamber permanent cardiac pacemaker; 2. Preoperative vascular ultrasound assessment showing a cephalic vein diameter = 2 mm;3.Aged 40 to 80 years, regardless of gender; 4.Participants voluntarily enrolled and signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Permanent cardiac pacemaker replacement; 2.Emergency surgery, clinically unstable condition; 3.Anatomical abnormality, absence of the cephalic vein; 4.Coagulation disorders; 5. Hemorrhagic disorders; 6.Allergy to iodine-based contrast agents or anesthetics; 7.Presence of infectious foci in the body, oral temperature > 37.3 °C;
