Sarcopenia

Interventions

Snack-style resistance exercise combined with Wuqinxi exercise group:Snack-style resistance exercise combined with Wuqinxi exercise intervention: twice daily, each session <9 minutes, 7 days per week,
including standing up, alternating knee extension while seated, seated dumbbell front raise (can be replaced with mineral water bottles), seated calf raise, marching in place (can be loaded), and Wuqi
combined with health education, reminders, and safety assurance measures.
Control group:Maintain original lifestyle (control group)

60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for possible sarcopenia; 3. Capable of conducting SPPB balance and strength measurements, and neither of the two scores is 0; 4. Signed informed consent and voluntarily participating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are absolute contraindications for exercise, such as deep vein thrombosis and/or coagulation disorders; 2. Currently taking medications that affect cognition; 3. Participated in other activities to enhance physical ability or improve cognition within the past 6 months; 4. Has a regular exercise habit.
